{"id":1205,"date":"2017-01-16T22:46:45","date_gmt":"2017-01-16T22:46:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/muhamedsytari.net\/?p=1205"},"modified":"2017-01-17T10:51:00","modified_gmt":"2017-01-17T10:51:00","slug":"sikur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/muhamedsytari.net\/?p=1205","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;Sikur&#8230;&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dhjet\u00eb hadithet e k\u00ebsaj dite kan\u00eb nj\u00eb specifik\u00eb, ndryshe nga t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, sepse nisin me nj\u00eb shprehje, q\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton nj\u00eb t\u00ebrheqje t\u00eb v\u00ebmendjes s\u00eb d\u00ebgjuesit, pas s\u00eb cilit ka nj\u00eb vendim t\u00eb pakontestuesh\u00ebm a nj\u00eb shpjegim t\u00eb urt\u00eb nga fjal\u00ebt e Resulull-llahut (a.s).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hadithet e p\u00ebrzgjedhura t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj dite, (q\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhjen e Imam Sujutit jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumta), p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb n\u00eb vetvete thirrje t\u00eb drejt\u00ebp\u00ebrdrejta p\u00ebr t&#8217;u distancuar nga disa veprime, p\u00ebr t&#8217;u kapur pas disa t\u00eb tjerave, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar disa e p\u00ebr t\u00eb respektuar disa t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hadithet e k\u00ebsaj dite, rrezatojn\u00eb nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht m\u00ebshir\u00ebn dhe but\u00ebsin\u00eb e Resulull-llahut (a.s) ndaj njer\u00ebzimit dhe ymmetit t\u00eb tij. Ato jan\u00eb argumente t\u00eb forta p\u00ebr thirr\u00ebsit islam\u00eb, q\u00eb ta nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb thirrjen e tyre mbi bazat e m\u00ebshir\u00ebs, past\u00ebrtis\u00eb, but\u00ebsis\u00eb, leht\u00ebsimit dhe humanizmit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ato ngelen burime udh\u00ebzimi dhe orientimi n\u00eb komunikimin e muslimanit me muslimanin, me jomuslimanin, me njeriun n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi dhe vet\u00eb jet\u00ebn!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hadithet n\u00eb fjal\u00eb i kam nxjerr\u00eb nga p\u00ebrmbledhja e dijetarit t\u00eb shquar, Imam Xhelaleddin Es-Sujuti (v. 911 h.), me titull: &#8220;El-Xhamius-Sagir fi ehadithil-Beshirin-Nedhir&#8221;, (botimi i par\u00eb, Bejrut, 1990).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Transmetimet e k\u00ebsaj dite, nisin me shprehjen: &#8220;Sikur&#8230;&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. &#8220;Sikur banor\u00ebt e qiellit dhe ato t\u00eb tok\u00ebs t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunonin n\u00eb gjakun e nj\u00eb besimtari, do t&#8217;i nd\u00ebshkonte All-llahu n\u00eb zjarr!&#8221; &#8211; (Hadithi nr. 7407, f. 454. Tirmidhiu, nga Ebu Saidi dhe Ebu Hurejra).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb komentimin e k\u00ebtij hadithi, Imam Mennavi n\u00eb \u201cFejdul-Kadir\u201d, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, shkruan: [Shkak i k\u00ebtij hadithi, si\u00e7 transmetohet n\u00eb &#8220;El-Mu&#8217;xhem&#8221; t\u00eb Tabaraniut, nga Ebu Saidi, \u00ebsht\u00eb se dikush u vra n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Resulull-llahut (a.s). Ai hipi n\u00eb minber dhe pyeti: &#8220;A e dini se kush e ka vrar\u00eb?&#8221; Than\u00eb: &#8220;Jo, pasha All-llahun!&#8221; &#8211; Tha: &#8220;Pasha At\u00eb, q\u00eb shpirtin e Muhammedit e ka n\u00eb dor\u00ebn e Tij, sikur banor\u00ebt e qiellit&#8230;&#8221;] &#8211; (v\u00ebll. 5, f. 374).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. &#8220;Sikur nj\u00eb person t\u00eb kishte ca dirhem\u00eb n\u00eb posedim t\u00eb tij, duke i ndar\u00eb (sadeka), nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr po i b\u00ebnte dhik\u00ebr All-llahut; ai q\u00eb po i b\u00ebnte dhik\u00ebr All-llahut do t\u00eb ishte m\u00eb i mir\u00eb!&#8221; &#8211; (Hadithi nr. 7412, f. 454. Tabaraniu, nga Ebu Musa).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb komentimin e k\u00ebtij hadithi, Imam Mennavi n\u00eb \u201cFejdul-Kadir\u201d, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, shkruan: &#8220;Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tekst i qart\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me preferimin e dhikrit ndaj sadekas\u00eb.., edhe pse disa t\u00eb tjer\u00eb mendojn\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn, bazuar n\u00eb argumente t\u00eb tjera.&#8221; &#8211; (v\u00ebll. 5, f. 375).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. &#8220;Sikur ndonj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb ishte sh\u00ebrim p\u00ebr vdekjen, do t\u00eb ishte bima e senas\u00eb!&#8221; &#8211; (Hadithi nr. 7414, f. 454. Ahmedi, Ebu Davudi, Tirmidhiu dhe Hakimi, nga Esma bnit Umejs).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb komentimin e k\u00ebtij hadithi, Imam Mennavi n\u00eb \u201cFejdul-Kadir\u201d, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, shkruan: &#8220;Senaja \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb bim\u00eb n\u00eb Gadishullin Arabik.., q\u00eb forcon zemr\u00ebn. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ve\u00e7ori fisnike e saj, sikurse ka edhe dobi t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb m\u00ebdha.&#8221; &#8211; (v\u00ebll. 5, f. 375)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pas k\u00ebtij sh\u00ebnimi, Imam Mennavi thekson: &#8220;T\u00eb gjith\u00eb transmetuesit e kan\u00eb vendosur k\u00ebt\u00eb hadith te kapitulli i Mjeks\u00ebsis\u00eb&#8221;, q\u00eb n\u00eb vetvete, shpjegon edhe arsyen se pse musliman\u00ebt jan\u00eb interesuar q\u00eb n\u00eb shekujt e par\u00eb t\u00eb Thirrjes s\u00eb Hz. Muhammedit (a.s), rreth 15 shekuj m\u00eb par\u00eb, p\u00ebr mjek\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe krejt diturit\u00eb me larmin\u00eb e tyre, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb gjurm\u00ebt e tyre t\u00eb spikatura n\u00eb historin\u00eb e njer\u00ebzimit. Vall-llahu alem! -M.S.-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. &#8220;Sikur ju t\u00eb ishit n\u00eb \u00e7do gjendje tuaj\u00ebn, ashtu si\u00e7 jeni n\u00eb pranin\u00eb time, do ju kishin shtr\u00ebnguar duart melek\u00ebt me duart e tyre dhe do ju kishin vizituar n\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb tuaja! Dhe, sikur t\u00eb mos b\u00ebnit gabime, do t\u00eb sillte All-llahu nj\u00eb popull tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb do gabonte dhe do i falte!&#8221; &#8211; (Hadithi nr. 7418, f. 455. Ahmedi dhe Tirmidhiu, nga Ebu Hurejra).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5. &#8220;Sikur ju t\u00eb gabonit, derisa gabimet tuaja t\u00eb mb\u00ebrrinin n\u00eb qiell, pastaj t\u00eb pendoheshit para duarve t\u00eb All-llahut, All-llahu do ta pranonte pendimin tuaj!&#8221; &#8211; (Hadithi nr. 7422, f. 455. Ibn Maxheh, nga Ebu Hurejra).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">6. &#8220;Sikur t\u00eb kishte i biri i Ademit (njeriu) nj\u00eb lugin\u00eb me pasuri, do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkonte nj\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00eb! Sikur t\u00eb kishte dy lugina me pasuri, do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkonte nj\u00eb t\u00eb tret\u00eb! Dhe, asgj\u00eb se mbush barkun e birit t\u00eb Ademit, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 dheut!&#8221; &#8211; (Hadithi nr. 7476, f. 458. Ahmedi, Bukhariu, Muslimi dhe Tirmidhiu, nga Enesi. Etj.).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb komentimin e k\u00ebtij hadithi, Imam Mennavi n\u00eb \u201cFejdul-Kadir\u201d, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, shkruan: &#8220;Dmth, njeriu vazhdon t\u00eb ket\u00eb ambicie n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e tij, derisa t\u00eb vdes\u00eb dhe t\u00eb mbushet barku i tij nga dheu i varrit&#8230;&#8221;. &#8211; (v\u00ebll. 5, f. 397).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">7. &#8220;Sikur t\u00eb ishte musliman dhe t\u00eb lironit nj\u00eb frym\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb, t\u00eb jepnit sadeka p\u00ebr t\u00eb a t\u00eb kryenit haxhin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, do t&#8217;i mb\u00ebrrinte sevapi i tyre!&#8221; &#8211; (Hadithi nr. 7479, f. 458. Ebu Davudi, nga Ibn Amri).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb komentimin e k\u00ebtij hadithi, Imam Mennavi n\u00eb \u201cFejdul-Kadir\u201d, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, shkruan: &#8220;Dmth, n\u00ebse i vdekuri do t\u00eb ishte musliman dhe do t&#8217;i vepronit k\u00ebto mir\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb, do t&#8217;i mb\u00ebrrinte sevapi i tyre&#8230;&#8221;. &#8211; (v\u00ebll. 5, f. 398).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">8. &#8220;Sikur t\u00eb mos b\u00ebnit gjynahe, do t\u00eb sillte All-llahu nj\u00eb popull tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb do b\u00ebnte gjynahe dhe Ai do t&#8217;i falte!&#8221; &#8211; (Hadithi nr. 7487, f. 459. Ahmedi, nga Ibn Abbasi).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb komentimin e k\u00ebtij hadithi, Imam Mennavi n\u00eb \u201cFejdul-Kadir\u201d, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, shkruan: &#8220;Dmth, (do t\u00eb sillte nj\u00eb popull q\u00eb do b\u00ebnin gjynahe), pastaj do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkonin falje t\u00eb penduar&#8230;&#8221;. &#8211; (v\u00ebll. 5, f. 401).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">9. &#8220;Sikur t\u00eb mos ia v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsoja ymmetit tim, do t&#8217;i urdh\u00ebroja p\u00ebr \u00e7do namaz abdes dhe p\u00ebr \u00e7do abdes misvak (pastrim t\u00eb dh\u00ebmb\u00ebve dhe goj\u00ebs)!&#8221; &#8211; (Hadithi nr. 7509, f. 460. Ahmedi dhe Nesaiu, nga Ebu Hurejra).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">10. &#8220;Sikur t\u00eb mos ishte dob\u00ebsia e t\u00eb dobt\u00ebve dhe s\u00ebmundja e t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00ebve, do ta vonoja koh\u00ebn e namazit t\u00eb err\u00ebsir\u00ebs (jacis\u00eb)!&#8221; &#8211; (Hadithi nr. 7522, f. 461. Tabaraniu, nga Ibn Abbasi).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb komentimin e k\u00ebtij hadithi, Imam Mennavi n\u00eb \u201cFejdul-Kadir\u201d, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, shkruan: &#8220;Dmth, namazi i jacis\u00eb. K\u00ebtu ka argument se falja e namazit t\u00eb jacis\u00eb n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb vet, \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe, se nuk p\u00eblqehet vonimi i tij deri n\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb tret\u00ebn e nat\u00ebs, sepse k\u00ebshtu ka vepruar n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi Resulull-llahu (a.s) dhe Hulefai-Rashidin\u00ebt pas tij&#8230;&#8221;. &#8211; (v\u00ebll. 5, f. 401).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><em>P\u00ebrktheu nga arabishtja dhe p\u00ebrshtati n\u00eb shqip:<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Muhamed B.
