Libri titullohet: &#8220;Et-Tehexhxhud ve kijamul-lejl&#8221;, me verifikim dhe shpjegim nga Musuad Abdulhamid M. Es-Sa&#8217;dani, botuar n\u00eb Kajro, pa vit botimi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u00ebr dobi t\u00eb k\u00ebtij sh\u00ebnimi, po sjell vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb hadith nga libri i lartcituar, edhe pse ajetet dhe hadithet rreth k\u00ebsaj teme jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00eb n\u00eb faqet e tij.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Transmeton Bilali (r.a), se Resulull-llahu (a.s) ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: &#8220;Falni namaz nate (kijamul-lejl), sepse ai \u00ebsht\u00eb tradit\u00eb e t\u00eb mir\u00ebve para jush. Namazi i nat\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb afrim me All-llahun e Madh\u00ebruar, largues nga gjynahu, fshin t\u00eb k\u00ebqiat dhe d\u00ebbon s\u00ebmundjen nga trupi&#8221; &#8211; (Hadith hasen, transmetuar nga Tirmidhiu, Ibn Nasr dhe Bejhekiu n\u00eb &#8220;Shuabul-Iman&#8221;&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">SHPJEGIMI I HADITHIT<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Ibnul-Haxh: &#8220;Namazi i nat\u00ebs ka dobi, prej t\u00eb cilave edhe zhveshja nga gjynahet, si\u00e7 b\u00ebn era me gjethet e thata t\u00eb pem\u00ebs. Ai e ndri\u00e7on varrin, zbukuron fytyr\u00ebn, largon dembelizmin, gjall\u00ebron trupin dhe, melek\u00ebt e shohin pozit\u00ebn e atij q\u00eb fal namazin e nat\u00ebs, si\u00e7 shohim ne yjet n\u00eb qiell&#8221; &#8211; (me disa p\u00ebrshtatje nga &#8220;Fejdul-Kadir&#8221;, 4\/351).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nd\u00ebrsa, rreth th\u00ebnies: &#8220;d\u00ebbon s\u00ebmundjen nga trupi&#8221;, k\u00ebt\u00eb e kan\u00eb hulumtuar dhe v\u00ebrtetuar mjek\u00ebt musliman\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu, n\u00eb &#8220;Konferenc\u00ebn e Mrekullive Mjek\u00ebsore n\u00eb Kur&#8217;anin Fam\u00eblart\u00eb, q\u00eb u zhvillua n\u00eb Kajro, ku merrnin pjes\u00eb edhe Lidhja e Bot\u00ebs Islame, Organizata e Shkencave Mjek\u00ebsore Islame n\u00eb ShBA, Organizata Mjek\u00ebsore Islame n\u00eb Kuvajt dhe Organizata Bot\u00ebrore e Xhamive n\u00eb Kajro, u prezantua nj\u00eb studim rreth namazit t\u00eb teravis\u00eb dhe ndikimit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb elasticitetin e shtyll\u00ebs kurrizore, (namazi i teravis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb namaz nate n\u00eb Ramazan, k\u00ebsisoj, dobit\u00eb e tij p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb edhe krejt namazin e nat\u00ebs dhe tehexhudin n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Studiuesja Dr. Selva Muhammed Rushdi, nga Universiteti Hulvan, Fakulteti i Edukimit Fizik, paraqiti nj\u00eb studim me tem\u00eb: &#8220;Namazi i teravis\u00eb dhe ndikimi i tij n\u00eb elasticitetin e shtyll\u00ebs kurrizore dhe funksionaliteti i zemr\u00ebs pas mosh\u00ebs gjasht\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vje\u00e7are&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhje t\u00eb k\u00ebtij k\u00ebrkimi shkencor dhe k\u00ebtij studimi, t\u00eb provuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb grup njer\u00ebzish prej gjasht\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vetash, burra dhe gra; 30 prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve e kishin falur teravin\u00eb e Ramazanit 1405 h. dhe 30 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb nuk e kishin falur at\u00eb. Atyre iu b\u00ebn\u00eb disa analiza p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontrolluar elasticitetin e shtyll\u00ebs kurrizore, si dhe funksionalitetin e zemr\u00ebs, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nd\u00ebrhyrjes argometrike.
